MY FIRST SPA DAY

There’s nothing more special than your puppy’s first grooming experience, and at Grüm we make it one to remember. My First Spa Day is designed exclusively for puppies under 6 months old.

Offering a gentle and positive introduction to the world of grooming in a safe, loving and crate-free environment. This calming, puppy paced service includes a double shampoo using mild, coat kind products, followed by a soft conditioning treatment and a gentle blow dry, always with your puppy’s comfort in mind. We then provide a light tidy up of the face and hygiene areas, a nail clip and a gentle ear clean to help get them used to the grooming process. To finish, your puppy will be treated to a spritz of our signature pet-safe fragrances and a sweet bow. Making them look and feel absolutely paw-fect. Throughout their visit they will be showered with love, cuddles and treats – because we know they’re not just dogs, they’re your whole world.

Inline with the Animal Welfare Act 2006, we are only permitted to safely de-matt for a maximum of 15 minutes to avoid causing pain or distress. If your puppy has severe matting, this will require a full clip off to prevent discomfort, and a £5 matting fee will apply. Your pet’s wellbeing is always our top priority.
